研究興趣
我們的研究探討巨噬細胞免疫代謝在調節慢性炎症性疾病和疾病發展中的作用,尤其著重於代謝綜合症(二型糖尿病、胰島素抵抗和動脈粥樣硬化)以及癌症。我們利用轉錄體學、代謝體學和表觀基因組學的綜合方法,以釐清影響巨噬細胞在疾病進程中活化和功能的代謝檢查點和調控分子機制。特別聚焦於針對疾病微環境,如糖尿病患者的脂肪組織、動脈粥樣硬化的動脈微環境和腫瘤組織中,造成影響巨噬細胞失調的免疫代謝分子機轉。我們致力於瞭解在這些疾病條件下,免疫代謝如何影響脂肪組織巨噬細胞,動脈粥樣硬化巨噬細胞和腫瘤巨噬細胞的功能,並且有意將焦點放在靶向脂肪組織巨噬細胞,動脈粥樣硬化巨噬細胞和腫瘤巨噬細胞的免疫代謝迴路,以改善巨噬細胞免疫和功能以達到改善疾病結果。

目前實驗室兩個主要研究方向 :
1.探討訓練免疫在肥胖和肥胖所引發動脈粥狀硬化的機轉
2.解構粒線體調控腫瘤巨噬細胞免疫反應及功能之機轉
