研究專長

研究方向及興趣

  1. 已知癌症轉移所需之粘著分子(Adhesion molecules)方面的研究。

  2. 尋找尚未被發現的臟器特異的粘著分子—大腸直腸癌,肝癌,鼻咽癌等。

  3. 設法阻斷癌症細胞(fibronectin)及內皮細胞(dipeptidyl peptidase IV [DPP IV])之間的粘著反應,使得轉移無從發生,如:
    1. 阻斷粘著受器/配合基間的結合處。
    2. 阻斷癌症細胞及內皮細胞內的訊息傳導。
    3. 癌症疫苗。

  4. 繼續探討由癌症細胞/內皮細胞粘著所刺激導致的後粘著反應(post-adhesion events),如:
    1. 癌症細胞的血管外滲(extravasation),金屬蛋白酶 metalloprotease 的分泌,細胞移動(migration)或增生(proliferation)。
    2. 內皮細胞的縮進(retraction),凋零(apoptosis)或血管生成(angiogenesis)。
    3. 與細胞外間質(extracellular matrix)或炎症細胞間的相互反應;
  1. CD26 (DPP IV) 在癌症免疫學及免疫治療上之重要性與應用。
